1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing a license to Luxury Wedding OS ("Platform", "We", "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or access the platform.
2. Product License & Usage
Luxury Wedding OS grants purchasers a non-transferable, single-workspace lifetime license for the planning and organization of one wedding celebration. Account credentials and access tokens may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
3. Not Legal or Financial Advice
Luxury Wedding OS provides organizational tools, AI concierge guidance, and logistical calculators. Nothing contained within the application constitutes formal legal, binding contractual, financial, investment, or certified tax advice. Users are encouraged to retain licensed attorneys and professional event insurance coordinators for binding legal executions.
4. Payment & Server Capture
All purchases are processed securely via PayPal Checkout. Access tiers are verified server-side. Pricing is billed as a one-time charge in USD without recurring subscription fees.
