Refund & Guarantee Policy

1. 14-Day Bespoke Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel completely confident in directing your wedding celebration with Luxury Wedding OS. If you are not thoroughly satisfied with the command center within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email concierge@luxuryweddingos.com with your PayPal transaction order ID. Refunds are processed back to the original PayPal funding source within 3-5 business days.

3. Access Post-Refund

Upon issuance of a refund, the associated workspace license will revert to Free Trial status and advanced modules will be deactivated.
